With over ten years global experience in educational leadership, together with extensive corporate and tertiary educational practice, I draw from a holistic understanding of pedagogy and teacher development, bringing a unique perspective to each team and project I am involved in. From policy creation and school improvement to effectiveness planning, teacher placement, and curriculum creation, both in the UK and internationally, my results-driven ability to differentiate based on specific needs and goals places me in a unique position to engage with the micro and macro aspects of education on a global platform.
