This exciting opportunity entails close collaboration with the Corporation Board and management of the Senior Management Team to develop and execute strategic and innovative plans that cater to the evolving needs of the diverse communities the college serves. Key responsibilities will include delivering the highest standards in learning, teaching and assessment, spearheading commercial strategies to ensure revenue generation, fulfilling statutory and regulatory obligations and leading the college’s digital transformation. To succeed, you must be enthusiastic about the college’s mission, values and aspirations, with the ability to inspire a dedicated team to promote a culture of continuous quality and performance improvement.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with a track record of operational and strategic excellence. They must demonstrate commercial acuity, strategic vision and a deep commitment to promoting quality and fiscal management that align with exceptional student outcomes. The Principal & Chief Executive must build consensus through effective communication, inspirational leadership (both internally and externally) and by placing learners at the heart of all endeavours to ensure Truro & Penwith College continues to thrive and maintain its reputation in today’s challenging economic landscape.
