Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled Chemistry Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.

About the Role: Chemistry Lecturer

As a Chemistry Lecturer, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a full time, fixed term position. The contract will end on 19th November 2026.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach BTEC level Chemistry. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Chemistry. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team of 5 colleagues who are committed to excellence in teaching and learning. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches to help every student thrive.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

  • Proven experience in BTEC Chemistry
  • Strong knowledge of Level 2 and 3 BTEC Chemistry
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
