Safeguarding and Attendance Lead

At Elevate Multi Academy Trust, safeguarding and attendance are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a skilled, passionate leader to drive strategy, champion best practice, and make a lasting difference for children across our academies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead safeguarding, attendance & child protection across the Trust
• Support and develop DSLs, deputies and attendance officers
• Improve attendance by tackling barriers with families and agencies
• Act as Lead Officer for allegations management
