Capel Manor College is seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator to oversee the effective day-to-day delivery of our Skills Bootcamps. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a central role in coordinating all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance, strong partnership working, and successful learner and employer outcomes.

The postholder will be responsible for managing the administration and coordination of the Skills Bootcamps contract, working closely with tutors, Employability Coaches, Employer Engagement staff, and MIS colleagues. You will monitor learner progress, maintain accurate records, produce reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that all delivery is compliant with ESFA/GLA funding requirements.

This role will also involve liaising with employers, supporting quality assurance activity, and ensuring that the project is implemented at pace and delivers agreed performance targets.

Please note: This position is subject to funding award and sufficient student recruitment.

About You

  • Experience of project or contract coordination within skills, training, apprenticeships, or employability programmes.

  • Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and audit requirements (ESFA/GLA or similar).

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to interpret and analyse performance data and produce accurate reports.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work.

  • A relevant qualification in project management, contract management, or business administration is desirable.
