About the role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Business Department. As part of our specialist teaching team, you’ll deliver engaging sessions to both Further and Higher Education learners, contribute to curriculum development, and inspire students through real-world experiences.
Our programmes include global study tours, industry engagement, and hands-on event planning such as Gin Tasting evenings and Christmas Fairs. With over £150k invested in modern classrooms and the introduction of T Levels, this is a great time to join a forward-thinking team.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of Business programmes, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Act as Course Manager for designated cohorts, supporting student progress and achievement.
- Develop engaging and industry-relevant curriculum content.
- Monitor and report on student performance, attendance, and progression.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department through curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Business or a related subject.
- Possess a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- Have experience of teaching or training in a business-related subject.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
