We are seeking a dynamic Director of People and Organisational Development to lead our People and OD function at our Hammersmith site. Reporting to the Executive Director of People and OD, you will provide operational leadership, drive staff development and champion equality, diversity and inclusion. You will oversee HR operations, lead change management initiatives and develop strategies to foster a high-performance culture, supporting the College’s vision and values.
