Are you an outstanding classroom practitioner, emotionally intelligent leader and have experience of working in a school leadership role?
We have an exciting opportunity for an internal secondment as a Trust Senior Leader for the Primary phase, during the 2025/26 academic year.
The secondment will involve working in designated primary school(s) to give additional capacity to the senior leadership team when they need it. The secondment details will vary depending on the needs of the school being supported. It could involve being seconded full-time, or just a couple of days per week.
In order to be considered for this secondment opportunity, you must first obtain permission from your Headteacher and Academy Improvement Lead to ensure that there is the capacity for your release.
