We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the college as Pastoral Lead and Centre Manager at our Shenstone House Campus. The successful candidate will lead pastoral care and support for all students and staff, ensuring their safety, happiness, and ability to achieve their full potential.  You will have the ability to lead and manage Personal Coaches to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting attendance and developing strategies to build resilience and personal development of our students. You will need experience of managing disciplinary procedures, and compliance with policies and procedures related to pastoral care, safeguarding, and welfare.
