Job Details

Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Ensure accurate and timely administrative support for the department and to undertake key administrative functions to support the wider College teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Enrolment Support
      Assist with the collection and processing of enrolment applications.
      Verify and ensure all required documents are submitted accurately.
      Communicate with prospective students regarding enrolment requirements and deadlines.
 
2. Data Management
      Maintain and update enrolment databases and student records.
      Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with institutional policies.
      Generate reports related to enrolment statistics and trends as needed.
 
3. Communication and Customer Service
      Serve as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
      Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.
      Support at enrolment events and information sessions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


NVQ 2 qualification or equivalent
Demonstrate E-literacy and competency in 
Office365:
  • MS Word: A good working knowledge of producing documents and emails. 
  • MS Excel: Able to create basic Excel formulas, enabling manipulation and dissemination of information
  • MS Teams: Able to set up meetings, join and share screen. 
  • MS Outlook: Able to manage inbox in a timely manner, manage diaries and communicate professionally.
