Data Assistant
We are seeking to appoint a Data Assistant to support the administration of internal assessment systems for the recording, reporting and tracking of student data and progress under the direction of the Senior Data Analyst.

Key Duties:
Maintain and update student, staff and parent information in Arbor/Pupil Progress in a timely and accurate fashion.
Support with collection and processing of Admissions information for incoming students.
Assist the Senior Data Analyst with the preparation of assessment data summaries for internal and external audiences
Import and manage data from external sources, e.g. CTF data, importing targets and student lists such as the Gifted and Talented register, PP, KS2 Data, FSM.
Assist and deputise for the Senior Data Analyst as required.
Assist colleagues with the management of Arbor and Pupil Progress, reporting and the analysis of data.
Liaise with colleagues such as the Examinations Officer, Attendance Officer, Senior Leaders and colleagues across Advantage Schools as required.
JOB SPECIFICS
Start Date: Asap
Salary: AS 6-8 FTE £25,483 – £26,292 actual pro rata salary £23,248 – £23,986
Job Role:Permanent, Full time, Term Time plus INSET plus 2 weeks, 41 weeks per year, 37 hours per week
