This role is offered on a Variable Hours contract for services, giving you the flexibility to choose whether to accept work offered to you. We’ll provide an approximate number of hours you may asked to work, however there is no obligation for work to be offered, and there’s no obligation for you to accept the work offered.
The Opportunity
Based in our friendly Apprenticeships team, you will use your industry experience to support and develop the next generation of beauty professionals. You will deliver high-quality training and guidance across apprenticeships including Beauty Therapist Level 2 and Advanced Beauty Therapist Level 3.
Working closely with both apprentices and employers, you will deliver engaging training sessions and workplace assessments. You will guide our learners from enrolment through to EPA, offering clear feedback to help build their confidence and professional skills. You will track progress, carry out regular reviews, and maintain strong communication with employers to support learner success.
Your role will also involve planning and developing individual training plans, completing skills assessments, and ensuring our apprentices receive tailored support. You will carry out workplace assessments and contribute to quality assurance, curriculum planning and compliance procedures, helping to deliver strong teaching outcomes.

About You
We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable beauty professional who is ready to support and develop the next generation of therapists. You will need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in both beauty therapy and nails, along with relevant industry experience gained in salons, spas or similar environments.
You should be organised, approachable and motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners and employers. You will also need to hold an Assessor Award and have experience of assessing in the workplace.
A good understanding of apprenticeship standards, workplace assessment and the end-point assessment process is important. Experience of delivering apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners through EPA preparation and using virtual learning platforms or e-portfolios would be an advantage.

Required
· Level 3 qualifications in both Beauty Therapy and Nail Services
· Assessor Award (TAQA or equivalent)
· Level 4 teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
· GCSEs (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications) in Maths and English
· Relevant industry experience within the beauty sector, such as salons, spas, or similar professional settings
