Salford City College is seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Building Officer to join our Estates and Facilities team. This vital role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across our college campuses, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repair duties including plumbing, joinery, painting, and basic electrical work
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Support with routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
