Pakefield Primary School is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth and professional running of the school’s administrative functions.

Location: Pakefield Primary School

Contract: Maternity Cover, 32.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Salary: ALT Grade D Points 8-11 – £19,586.36 -£20,051.60 Annually, Actual

Key Responsibilities includes:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including data entry, word processing, and report production
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external agencies
  • Support the admissions process and monitor pupil attendance
  • Maintain and update records and systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a school or education setting
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • A friendly and professional manner with a commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
