Job Title: HE Teaching, Learning and Quality Manager
Salary: £45,228 – Fixed Point
Location: Multiple sites
Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks

In the role of HE Teaching, Learning and Quality Manager you will work across multiple sites and your focus will be on leading quality assurance and enhancement across our HE and Higher Skills programmes. This is a pivotal role that ensures our provision remains compliant, while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Heads of Department, curriculum teams, and external stakeholders to monitor performance, lead curriculum development, and support staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development. You’ll also champion digital innovation, inclusive pedagogy, and progression pathways, ensuring our students are well-prepared for their next steps.
Ideally, you’ll have a degree-level qualification and Level 5 teaching qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in managing and delivering HE/Higher Skills provision and leading teaching and learning improvement. It’s important that you possess strong interpersonal, influencing and data analysis skills and knowledge of Office for Students (OfS) and regulatory requirements and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
