Job Title: Deputy Head of Inclusive Learning
Salary: £39,101
Location: Waterfront Campus and covering all sites
Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks

In the role of an inspirational Deputy Head of Inclusive Learning you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront and your focus will be on providing strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality inclusive SEND services.
Your key responsibilities will be overseeing statutory processes, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and supporting the development of provisions to meet the needs of our students.
Ideally, you’ll have a HE qualification in SEND/Inclusion, English and maths GCSE at Grade 4 or above and demonstrable experience in leading teams, managing statutory processes, and delivering service improvements. It’s important that you’re able to demonstrate you can manage complex priorities and champion new initiatives with energy and confidence along with our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
