South Staffordshire College is seeking a passionate, innovative Curriculum Manager who will lead and inspire the English and Maths team; continuing to build, grow and deliver high quality provision at our scenic Rodbaston campus. This includes, ensuring our learners on cross college English and Maths, adult skills, ESOL and apprenticeships, gain the skills they need for success in their next steps.
In addition to day-to-day operational management of the area you will motivate your team to deliver an outstanding learning experience and drive quality improvements that will lead to high levels of learner retention, achievement, and success.
Management/leadership experience, at this level, is essential as is being able to demonstrate current and emerging knowledge of the English and Maths landscape. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of proven pedagogical approaches and use this to ensure outstanding delivery of learning, with a proven ability to inspire and develop colleagues to achieve such standards.
