We are looking for an innovative and ambitious Headteacher to lead Holy Trinity Catholic School in its next chapter of growth and success.
Holy Trinity Catholic School seeks to serve young people from both the Catholic and the local community, welcoming all those who embrace its values and share its quest for excellence. In a Section 48 inspection January 2020, Holy Trinity was rated as an ‘Outstanding’ school. We are very proud of this achievement; our Catholic faith underpins everything we do as a school community.
Holy Trinity Catholic School is a mixed Secondary School (ages 11-16) located in the Small Heath area of Birmingham. The school is named after the Trinity, the Christian doctrine that defines God as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Holy Trinity is a founder partner in the St Teresa of Calcutta Multi-Academy Catholic Company and is proud to be a part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham.
Holy Trinity Catholic School also welcomes pupils from a wide range of other Christian and other faith communities. Within our highly inclusive community, we fully embrace pupils and families not affiliated with any religion.
The Directors wish to appoint an inspiring leader to lead our school who will demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills whilst nurturing the very positive school ethos and building on the solid foundations of success.
The successful applicant will:
- Be a practising Catholic with a vision for Catholic education in a multi-cultural setting.
- Have a record of appropriate management success and proven leadership skills.
- Have experience and success in sustaining and raising standards within the school setting and enabling further educational opportunities for students.
- Be inspirational in leading a loyal team of committed, hardworking and talented teachers and support staff.
- Be innovative in the use of resources and personnel to ensure efficiency and maximum levels of productivity.
- Continue to support and enhance our strong partnership between home, schools, parishes and the wider community.
- Embrace working within a MAC family of schools.
