Are you a strategic finance leader ready to shape the future of one of England’s largest further education groups? HRUC seeks a dynamic CFO to advance our 2023–2030 strategic plan. With over 15,000 learners across Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge, and a £183 m asset base, we’re committed to high-quality education, inclusivity and long-term financial health.

As CFO, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk, compliance and capital programmes – supporting investments in STEM, digital infrastructure and estate across HRUC’s three colleges. Collaborating with the CEO, executive team and governors to enhance financial resilience and sustainable growth.

You will be a qualified accountant, have proven leadership in public/non‑profit finance, strategic financial planning, modelling, risk management and strong stakeholder communication.
