Are you passionate about Business and Leadership and keen to inspire the next generation of professionals? DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic and committed Higher Education Lecturer in Business to join our team at University Campus Doncaster and University Campus North Lincolnshire.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across our Business programmes, provide academic support to students, and contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to enhance the student experience and support the growth of our HE provision.

Actual Salary: £16,244 – £20,561 per annum

Working Pattern: 17.75 hours per week/ 2.5 days in a week

Essential Criteria

Degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Business, Leadership)

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or willingness to work towards)

A demonstratable teaching experience at Higher Education level

Strong organisational and communication skills, with a commitment to quality enhancement

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching sessions across Business programmes

Participate in curriculum planning, development, and quality assurance activities

Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including induction and progression guidance

Contribute to promotional events and student recruitment activities

Engage in scholarly activity and maintain strong links with industry and external stakeholders
