IT Technician
Job Details
We are seeking two customer-focused IT Technicians to provide essential support for hardware, software, and telecommunications primarily based at our Blossomfield campus, with travel to other College campuses as required. The successful candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting staff and students, and contributing to the effective operation of our IT services.
The ideal candidates will possess proven experience in a professional environment, with strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office/365 alongside other industry-standard software. Experience in Apple technical support and familiarity with learning technologies such as interactive whiteboards and Managed Learning Environments will be advantageous. Excellent communication and customer service skills, combined with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a multi-site environment, are essential.
