You’ll play a vital part in engaging future students, representing our Higher Education provision, and making a lasting impression on the communities we serve. Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths

Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and presentation

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

A full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities

Attend recruitment events, including college fairs and school visits

Deliver engaging presentations, workshops and campus tours

Provide guidance on applications, finance and student life

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to promote open days and tours

Maintain accurate records of interactions and evaluate recruitment data

Build relationships with schools and education stakeholders

Organise event logistics including venue bookings and intern coordination

Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and data protection policies
