Your expertise in behaviour management combined with a genuine passion for engaging with learners will be invaluable in motivating them to achieve their full potential. While experience in practical-based areas such as Sport, Public Service, Drama, Duke of Edinburgh, or Prince’s Trust is advantageous, it is not essential.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver and assess a range of employability related topics, practical activities and support the development of maths and English skills to our 16-18 years employability groups.

The successful applicant ideally will have experience in either teaching, training and or assessment and hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
