Are you passionate about shaping the future of the built environment? We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HE Construction Lecturer to join our Higher Education team at University Campus Doncaster and University Campus North Lincolnshire.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of construction-related programmes, including Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Architectural and Building Services at Levels 4 and 5. You will also provide academic support to students, contribute to curriculum development, and engage with quality assurance processes.

Essential Criteria

Degree or Level 6 qualification in Construction, Building Services, or the Built Environment

Minimum Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy

Strong subject knowledge and industry experience, particularly in CAD/BIM

Experience of or ability to support undergraduate students

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a flexible approach to working hours

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching sessions across HE construction programmes

Participate in curriculum planning, development, and quality assurance activities

Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including acting as an Academic Tutor

Contribute to promotional events and student recruitment activities

Engage in scholarly activity and maintain strong links with industry and external stakeholders
