Hours: Full and Part-time (Up to 36 hours a week): Term-time only

Primary Location: Barnet, but may be required to travel to any one of our main campuses.

Barnet and Southgate College is seeking motivated, dynamic, and inspirational individuals to join us as Personal Development Coaches (PDCs). This role is central to our mission of transforming lives through education.

As a PDC, you will:

· Support students’ personal and social development.

· Help them build confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to thrive in college and beyond.

· Work closely with curriculum teams, pastoral staff, and student services to promote positive behaviours and attitudes.

Your impact will help shape students into successful, productive citizens ready for the future.

Minimum qual – i.e. relevant Level 3 or equivalent with grades 4-9 in English and Mathematics or equivalent. Proven knowledge of the issues facing young people today and the ability to support and encourage them to remain on programme. Good experience of delivering both workshops, small group work and 1:1s across the softer skills and the social, emotional and personal issues.
