With a newly appointed HR Director and an exciting new strategy being developed, this is a great time to join us. You’ll be working alongside two experienced Advisors, providing expert advice, challenge, and guidance across the College.
This is a part-time role offering variety and impact, supporting a designated area across our five campuses. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and change management.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Credible and confident, with the ability to coach managers and support effective, compliant decision-making.
- Organised and independent, able to evidence experience of managing and prioritising a varied employee relations caseload.

We have a range of benefits available to all staff including paid time off for emergencies (designed to support carers) and all our policies are enhanced further than statutory requirements. The College also contributes to your pension at a minimum of 20.9% (we contribute more for people in the Local Government Pension Scheme).
