Halesowen College is seeking a dedicated Supported Internship Job Coach to provide tailored, on-the-job support to learners on the College’s Supported Internship Programme.

You will help prepare students for the workplace, deliver in-college induction and training, and maintain regular contact with both learners and employers to ensure successful, sustainable placements. You'll act as a key link between the College and a range of employers, supporting students to develop skills, meet their learning targets, and thrive in a real-world job setting.
