Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary (FTE): MPS/UPS plus TLR 1.3- £31650 – 49084 + £12,040

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Interim Head of Year to join our pastoral leadership team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or middle leader who is ready to take on additional responsibility in a key leadership role within the academy.
About the role:
- Lead and manage a year group, driving high standards in attendance, behaviour, and achievement.
- Support form tutors and oversee the tutor programme.
- Monitor and improve student outcomes, wellbeing and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team, teaching staff, and parents to embed the academy values of Ready, Respectful, Safe.
- Uphold the academy’s strong safeguarding culture and ensure a positive school experience for all students.
