Total People is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Coach to join our vibrant Early years and Education Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis, based at our Northwich site.

This role gives you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of apprentices and the children they support. If you’re driven, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Guiding and inspiring apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in early years settings.
  • Delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Observing practice and providing meaningful feedback to support growth and development.
  • Being a key part of a supportive, passionate team – even while working remotely.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Early years experience.
  • TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willing to work towards
  • Hold and Early Years qualification
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent or willing to work towards.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of coaching to support learning
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload

Desirable

  • Coaching qualification
  • Knowledge of Government funded training
