Caretaker

Stratford-upon-Avon Campus                                                                           

We are seeking a Caretaker to help maintain the appearance, security, and cleanliness of our Stratford-Upon-Avon Campus. You will assist with day-to-day aspects of caretaking, building security and grounds maintenance ensuring the campus is opened / closed, secure at the agreed times. The late shift requires occasional flexibility on start and end times to accommodate events or business needs.

A good working knowledge and experience of caretaking are essential.  Basic computer skills would be an advantage.

The position is primarily based at our Stratford-Upon-Avon Campus however occasional support to the wider Estates teams at our Woodlands and Blossomfield Campuses may be required from time to time.
