The purpose of the Learning Skills Centre (LSC) is to ensure that all students on an EHCP have the correct provisions and support to enable them to successfully engage in the curriculum. Working cross functionally with external stakeholders, curriculum areas and the support areas, the LSC is fundamental in implementing, delivering and reviewing the processes in place to effectively meet the needs of learners.

  • Line manage a team including Inclusion Specialists, Inclusive Learning Adviser and SEND/LSC Administrators.
  • Oversee complex referrals for prospective EHCP students and their parents/carers and other agencies.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum Level 4 qualification or above.
  • Management qualification or willingness to work towards.
