The Opportunity
Based in our friendly Apprenticeships department, you’ll deliver training and assessments to our apprentices working towards their Level 2 LGV Driver qualification. Your aim will be to equip our learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become safe, compliant and professional LGV drivers. Combining classroom teaching with practical training, you’ll create a well-rounded learning experience that mirrors real workplace expectations.
You’ll support and motivate each learner throughout their journey, identifying any additional needs and providing guidance and resources to help them succeed. You’ll foster a professional, inclusive and safe learning environment, encouraging every apprentice to reach their potential.
