Beauty Lecturer (Part-time & Fixed Term)

About the Role

As a Beauty Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of Beauty Therapy courses. You’ll also act as a course tutor, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and contribute to curriculum innovation and quality assurance.

Actual Salary: £19,992.0423 – £26,063.2394

Working Pattern: 22.5 hours a week / Fixed Term until May 2026

Essential Criteria

We’re looking for someone who has:

A relevant Beauty Therapy qualification (degree or equivalent)

A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one

An assessor qualification

Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths

Strong subject knowledge and experience of embedding Functional Skills in lessons

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching across Beauty Therapy programmes

Act as a course tutor, supporting student progress and wellbeing

Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging lessons using innovative teaching methods

Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments

Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes

Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding in all aspects of teaching

Participate in marketing and recruitment activities such as open days and events

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the student experience
