Trainer Assessor – Grounds

Job Details
This post will plan, co-ordinate, train and assess for golf greenkeeper, sports turf and advances sports turf and related occupations, across the South West. Your knowledge and experience in the full range of grounds management and maintenance will be shared with apprentices and colleagues and the quality and delivery of the new programmes carefully updated and monitored with the support of the Deputy Head of Apprenticeships – Land Based.
You will be enthusiastic and passionate about education and be willing to take on additional staff development to enhance your own skills. You will also have the opportunity to drive the department forward and make a difference within a fast-growing educational sector at a successful College.
This role will involve training and assessing across a wide geographical area for national contracts working remotely for much of the time. The position will be based at our Cannington Centre with visits out to a range of locations across the South West.
