This exciting post will be based at our Cannington Centre and will join the progressive and dynamic Animal Management and Environmental Sciences team who remain commited to achieving an outstanding provision where teaching, learning and assessment are paramount. The post holder will be a passionate educator who is able to demonstrate and implement innovative teaching approaches which stimulate and inspire students from level 3-6.
The post will support Course Leaders with management and day to day operations of our programmes, safeguarding academic quality, enhancing learner experience and promoting progression from further to higher education.
The post holder will ideally hold comprehensive zoology, animal management, conservation and/or ecology knowledge and be able to evidence experience of employment/experience within one of the sectors.
The post holder would be expected to cover zoological, ecological, conservation and research aspects of curriculum whilst supporting academic skills, research and up to level 6 dissertation supervision.
The post holder would also be encouraged to play a key role in developing research opportunities and innovation with industry partners to foster collaboration with students and employers.
