We are seeking a committed and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our school, supporting the development of a brand-new SEND unit for children with moderate learning difficulties. This is a key role in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can grow in confidence and independence, supported through specialist teaching and care.

  

Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals, you will plan and deliver targeted interventions, provide in-class and small group support, and help embed Trauma-Informed Schools (TIS) approaches into daily practice. You will also contribute to planning, assessment, and reviews, and play an active role in building positive relationships with families and the wider school community.
