Salary: ALT Grade D £25,386.00 – £25,989.00 FTE Actual Salary £11,474.17 – £11,746.72
Contract: Permanent/Part Time/20 hours per week/38 weeks per year
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am – 12:15pm
Start Date: 1st September 2025

We are seeking a dedicated, organised, and welcoming Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy school office while helping to foster a positive and professional environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.

As the face of our school, you’ll create a warm and efficient front-office experience, supporting both administrative operations and interactions with children, parents, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-of-house reception and clerical support
Handle incoming calls, messages, visitors, and enquiries
Support school communications including newsletters and letters to parents
Manage pupil records, admissions, and attendance via the school MIS
Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies as required
Support with safeguarding and medical documentation
Assist with website updates and administrative filing
Organise school trips, events, and health & safety procedures
Keep office systems and supplies well organised and running smoothly
