Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a fractional role? We are looking for someone to join our friendly HR Team providing professional advice, challenge and guidance to teams across the College.
This is a challenging and rewarding role working across all College campuses where no two days are the same.
Our HR Advisers support a designated are and are actively involved across the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations and change management. You will also support the delivery of our new HR Strategy. Credible and able to build effective working relationships You should be experienced in working with and coaching managers to make effective, compliant and timely decisions and able to independently manage and prioritise an employee relations caseload.
After a recent change of leadership our HR team are developing a new strategy and ways of working and we would love to hear from you if you would like to join us at this exciting time.
You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 5 CIPD with proven recent experience of working in an advisory role. Please note this role is not suitable for individuals with Shared Service Centre experience only.
As the role is based in education, you will need to have a clear DBS Enhanced check. We operate across 5 campuses and a driving licence and regular access to a vehicle is essential.
