We’re looking for a dedicated Lecturer (Multi-Skills) to join our Construction team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of trades including Carpentry & Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, and Tiling.

Essential Criteria

Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.

Qualified to at least Level 2 in one trade area, with competence in at least one additional trade.

Strong understanding of innovative teaching techniques and internal quality processes.

Professional, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons across multiple trade disciplines to further education learners.

Develop curriculum materials and assess student work to ensure learning goals are met.

Lead and coordinate course teams, contributing to course verification and quality assurance.

Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression through mentoring and coaching.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your specialist areas and contribute to departmental development.
