Halesowen College is proud to offer bespoke programmes tailored for electively home educated (EHE) young people aged 14–16, as well as those entering college with limited or no qualifications who may be at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and support in personal growth and wellbeing. The successful candidate will help these learners develop resilience, confidence, and essential skills that will improve their life outcomes and employability.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering engaging, inclusive sessions focused on personal growth and wellbeing, specifically tailored to the unique needs of EHE and NEET students. A strong understanding of current best practices in wellbeing education, youth development, and NEET engagement is essential.

Key responsibilities include assessing and monitoring student progress, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance learner outcomes, and maintaining accurate student records. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to adhering to college policies and safeguarding procedures.
