Project Search Job Coach

Please note this role is based at Calderdale Royal Hospital as part of the Project Search Team.

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work in our Project Search Team. The successful candidate will support our learners to develop relevant skills for employment, enable them to gain work experience in a large business to increase their independence and achieve their aspirations.

The successful candidate will also ensure that the students are empowered to make decisions and choices around their future employment.

You will be approachable, self-motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of young and vulnerable people. You will have a positive and flexible attitude to work, have the ability to take the initiative as required and independently solve problems. You must be a supportive and co-operative team player.
