Are you ready to kick-start your career in business administration within a dynamic and supportive environment? DN Colleges Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Business & Assurance Team as a Business Administration Apprentice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across IT, finance, data management, and compliance, while working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll play a key role in supporting the management of IT and MIS resources, ensuring efficient operations and compliance across the Group.
This role is based across both sites: Doncaster and North Lindsey
Essential Criteria:
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Good computer literacy and understanding of IT terminology
Strong organisational skills and accurate record keeping
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the procurement of IT/MIS equipment, software, and licences
Maintain and update asset and software contract registers
Support financial tracking and budget reporting for IT/MIS resources
Contribute to audits, inventories, and compliance reporting
Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations
