About the role

We seek a visionary, strategic, and collaborative leader with a strong track record in educational leadership. You will work closely with key stakeholders, contributing to policy development and influencing government decisions through engagement with the Ministry of Education.

This role is not only strategic, shaping the direction and future of UCJ, but also operational. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Centre, including teaching and creating an environment where students and staff can thrive.

You will therefore be a leader who enjoys bringing people together, inspiring and motivating others, and fostering a collaborative approach to achieve the best outcomes for all.
