Ormskirk School is a warm and welcoming place, filled with wonderful children and a dedicated staff who are proud to work for the school. Over the last four years the school has been improving every year but we have made sure that the improvements have firm foundations.
The improvements we have made have centred around a broad and balanced curriculum, improvements in behaviour, teaching and learning and developing an open culture where staff are happy to work in and feel confident to express their views.
We were absolutely delighted with our recent Ofsted where the improvements we have made were finally recognised. We are now looking for a Deputy Head – Behaviour & Attendance who will embrace this culture of openness and further develop our school.
