Join Our Team as a Lecturer in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning!

We are seeking experienced engineers in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning who are eager to mentor and inspire the next generation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver practical and theoretical learning programs to Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprentices (including H&S, fundamental principles, system functions, service and maintenance, and fault finding)

With support from our Lead Practitioners, incorporate new technologies into teaching methods

Classroom management, working closely with managers and the team.

Accurately record and report data, e-registers, assessments, and student progress records.

Stay current with academic and vocational subjects, maintaining industry links.

Involve students in assessing their learning and understanding the broader context of their specialist area.

Participate in the college’s quality cycle and maintain accurate assessment records.

Liaise with course teams, student support, and parents/carers as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Relevant qualifications and experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.

Qualified F-Gas engineer.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Commitment to continuous professional development.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and equal opportunities policies.

GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
