Job Details
£28.93 per hour (up to and including teaching Level 3) £34.43 per hour (teaching Level 4 and 5). Hourly rate includes payment for preparation and marking.

The Built Environment Sustainable Technologies programme area aims to serve a wide range of leading employers to develop staff to progress into joining national organisations such as ICE, CIOB, RICS and CIBSE. Courses are run from Level 2 to Level 4. Providing a range of Further and Higher Education related courses for Apprentices, part time and full-time learners at all levels.
We are currently looking to appoint enthusiastic Lecturers to join our construction team to teach on an hourly paid basis delivering courses in:
· Level 4 Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering and Construction Management
· Level 3 Civil Engineering and Surveying Technician
· Level 3 T-Levels Construction
The successful candidates will hold a Level 3/4/5 qualification in a Construction or a related subject and hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Teaching qualification. They will have the ability to work proactively and inspire students within this subject area.
