City of Portsmouth College is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Management Team as Vice Principal – Data and Funding. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead on strategy, compliance and innovation, ensuring the College meets its funding goals while delivering high-quality, accessible information services that drive success.

You’ll lead and inspire teams across data, compliance, exams, admissions, timetabling and systems development, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment. As the College’s expert on funding rules, you’ll guide decision-making, oversee data quality and audits and maximise funding opportunities to support our ambitious plans.

This is more than a numbers game – we need a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of education funding, a passion for excellence and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
