Satis Education are seeking an ambitious and inspirational interim Headteacher for our client school in the Midlands.  If you’re a motiving and engaging leader, who can lead from the front and inspire we would be very keen from you. Our client school is a thriving secondary school, and they are proud of their strong community, nurturing ethos and their commitment to providing excellent opportunities for every learner.
 

The position is to start as soon as possible and will be on an ongoing basis.

·       A leader who can manage and organise the personnel, financial and professional needs of the school’s resources and staff

·       A proven track record in raising standards in teaching and learning, with measurable whole school improvements

·       A leader with the interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with staff, parents, pupils and governors

·       A role model who inspires and encourages others, through their dedication and commitment to raising standards
