Who we’re looking for:
An inspiring, flexible and enthusiastic teacher who will ideally have experience working in further education across Levels 1 to 5.
The role involves preparation, delivery and assessment of our business programmes. You’ll need excellent planning and organisational skills to prepare high quality lesson plans and teaching resources and will be enthusiastic about sharing good practice.
You’ll be responsible for inducting, motivating, coaching and guiding your group of students through their learning journey; developing inspiring lessons, ensuring they’re on track, marking and assessing their work and holding regular reviews to help them progress.
We’d like you to have experience, up to level 5, of:
Leadership and Management
Finance
HR and Law
Marketing & Events Management
Employability & Enterprise
Project Management
We’d also like you to be as passionate as we are about delivering top quality training and helping people build their confidence and skills, getting a buzz out of delivering fantastic lessons that help students thrive and achieve their very best.
