Job Details

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated School Receptionist/Secretary on a part time, permanent basis. This role is a job share working four days per week, Monday to Thursday during term time only. It will involve ensuring the smooth and organised running of the school’s office, dealing with parents’ enquires, keeping accurate records, some administrative tasks and communicating effectively with staff and pupils.  We can offer you a friendly, supportive school with opportunities for professional development.

  • enjoy working with a large team of staff and pupils
  • have a calm manner
  • have excellent communication skills

Location:                            Hastings

Start date:                          1st September 2025 

Contract:                             Permanent, term time only, 23 hours per week worked Monday to Thursday.

Salary:                                 Ark Support (Outside London) Band 4, Point 3, Annual Salary £24,027 pro rata
                                                  (Actual salary £13,204.33 per annum)
